This wooden panel sits on the South wall of the chancel. I think the date is 1632 but the numbers aren’t clear. Note the small skull on the left side of the panel and the angel at the bottom.

Ancient wooden Aumbry with a wonderful patina

Wooden eagle lecturn. The detail in the feathers of this carving is superb.

On the back of the font is carved the letters TC WC 1662

Detail from one of the many stained glass windows featuring a skull.

Three seat sedilia on the south side of the chancel. Completely carved from stone, note the smaller alcove which is a piscina at the east end (Left of the image)

Heavy snowfall over the winter of 2010/2011 males for a nice Christmas card image of the church

Lower at the sides of the alter damp is slowly damaging one of the carved marble floral panels

Two views of the marble reredos featuring the Last Supper. The image is based on the famous painting by Michaelangelo

Mouse eye view looking up towards the wooden ceiling over the nave. This was taken with a 10.5mm fish eye lens which allowed all the ceiling to be included in the image.

Wooden font cover which is raised above the font by a chain which is attached to a counterbalance

This interesting stone shelf featuring four faces can be found on the East wall of the north Aisle.

This piscina on the outer north wall of the chancel suggests that there was probably once a north chapel in this position.
